Real estate is not my job; it has been my career since 1984.

Whether working with buyers or sellers, my goal is to make the transaction as smooth and stress free for my clients as possible. I understand that knowledge is power and to that point, I have constantly furthered my real estate knowledge by pursing and obtaining "advanced degrees” such as GRI- Graduate of the Real Estate Institute; CRS- Certified Residential Specialist- a designation held by only 4% of all Realtors®; ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative; SRES- Seniors Real Estate Specialist; and ASP- Accredited Staging Professional.

I have also participated in various advanced training programs such as Floyd Wickmans "Sweathogs” and Brian Buffini’s "Peak Producers”.

Real estate has changed considerably through the years and I want to keep my clients up to date on anything that might benefit them or impact their transaction.

I have always enjoyed design and for years have advised sellers on what they

could do to improve the overall appeal of their homes. In 2007, I officially began the Home Staging component of my business which it is a marketing tool that is very powerful. In additional to providing Staging services for ALL my clients for no additional cost (except if additional furnishings are needed), I also work with many other Real Estate agents to provide, on a fee basis, Staging services to their clients. Not every Real Estate agent has the ability to guide their home sellers to successfully stage their properties.

A major part of my business plan is networking and to accomplish that I participated in BNI for 16 years. I am currently involved with a new networking/ marketing organization called WAITT- We're All in This Together which helps businesses grow while they support local non-profits and community organizations.

In addition to selling Real Estate, I enjoy designing and decorating homes and have worked with many clients in that capacity and additionally have overseen the renovation of several of my own properties, including a house in Brewster on Cape Cod MA.

I am a long time Framingham resident, a Framingham Town Meeting member, a gardener, cook, decorator, and sports fan. Even though I often feel like a "local”, I relocated to Massachusetts from Hollywood, Florida many years ago.
