Kathy Foran

The top agent in Framingham for over two decades, Kathy Foran demonstrates her passion and enthusiasm for real estate at every opportunity. As a real estate professional with Realty Executives Boston West, Kathy serves all of Boston’s MetroWest residential market, assisting Sellers and Buyers. “I work tirelessly for all my clients seven days a week and I am always available” she says, adding that she prides herself on her accessibility and attentiveness. 

Earning her license in 1990, Kathy has been the top agent in her office since 2005.  She was voted the 2019, 2020 & most recently 2021 Best of the Best Realtor by readers of the MetroWest Daily News and receives Realty Executives’ Double Diamond Award every year. In 2021 Kathy had over $48 million in sales volume and is the #1 Agent in Framingham and continues to be year after year. She’s been included in Realty Executives’ worldwide list of top-ranked agents three times: as the No. 1 agent in 2010, the No. 2 agent in 2015 and the No. 3 agent in 2016.

Kathy, who is also part owner of Realty Executives with four offices in the MetroWest area, is a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). She is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and Massachusetts Association of Realtors and supports the American Cancer Society, the Arthritis Foundation and St. Jude’s. Foran is a two-time Boston Marathon runner.
